The "Monument" is located on the Gila River Indian Reservation and is under tribal ownership. The Gila River Indian Community has decided not to open the extremely sensitive area to the public. There is no park brochure, passport stamp, picture stamp or other free literature available.

This is a park that anyone driving up I-10 to Phoenix can claim as a visit. This is the most you will get out of this park. We are wondering why it's still listed as a National Park unit. This unit is not open to the public, you can learn about the Unit by visiting Casa Grande Ruins NM.
